Refund policy

 

     I.          Custom-Made Products
All Blabberworthy products are custom-made and only produced after an order is placed. 

   II.           Eligibility
Blabberworthy offers a free reprint or a refund for eligible issues if contacted within 30 days of the purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, there will not be a reprint or refund of any kind offered. The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. All gift card sales are final, with no refunds.

Reprints and refunds are only offered for products damaged during shipping or containing manufacturing defects. A tolerance of 1 inch (2.54 cm) for size guide measurements and ½ inch (1.27 cm) for print placement on garments is allowed; therefore, minor variations in size or print placement will not be considered defects.

Blabberworthy will not offer a reprint or refund if the wrong item/size/color/etc. was ordered or the customer reconsiders the purchase. All products have information and/or size guides to help inform decisions before purchasing. Check orders carefully before placing them.
 

  III.          Request Procedure
To request a reprint or a refund, please email Blabberworthy Support at support@blabberworthy.com. A clear photo of the issue is required. If the product was damaged during shipping, include a photo of the package showing any damage it sustained. If the design placement is off, use a ruler or measuring tape to demonstrate the misplacement. If there are issues affecting multiple products with the same design, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame will be required for confirmation. 

IV.           Approval Process
Issues will be reviewed, and eligible issues approved as quickly as possible (typically 3 to 5 business days). Once approved, Blabberworthy will either issue a reprint or process a refund request. 

  V.           Refunds
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If the customer no longer has access to that payment method, then the customer will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. Refunds can be expected within four weeks of approval; however, in many cases, they will be received more quickly. This period includes the time it takes to process the refund request once approved (typically 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customer's bank or agency to process the refund request (typically 5 to 10 business days).

 

By placing an order with Blabberworthy LLC, the customer agrees to this refund policy.
